"Before Typeflow, we wasted hours a month creating reports from our Airtable data, now a report is available at the click of a button"

"Okay if you're using Page Designer for anything in Airtable, you need to make sure you check out TypeFlow! Here's how it works:

  1. You set up a template in Google Docs. It's super easy. You just make it look how you want it to look and you insert variables for anywhere that you want your Airtable data to fill in.
  2. In Airtable, you make an Attachment field called something like PDF Generated
  3. You go into Typeflow, select your template, select your PDF field, and map fields to your variables.
  4. You add a formula they provide into a button. Then you click that button and Typeflow automatically generates your document with your data filled in and puts the file in your attachment field.

This means that you can generate documents that are MULTIPLE PAGES and you can do so FROM INTERFACES.

You can try it out free and the lifetime plan is super affordable. I don't work there.

I am only sharing because HOLY COW I HAVE NEEDED THIS FOR SO LONG!!!

I haven't played around with it yet but it looks like it also works with Google Slides 😍.

CHECK IT OUT."

Industry

"Generating custom PDF files from Interfaces can be annoyingly difficult with Airtable.
I didn't want to pay a lot of money to third-party services that have very limiting plans.
So, I came across Typeflow and decided to give it a try.

While the product is still new it catches competitors step by step.
Kevin tirelessly ship a lot of features.

He was also great at resolving all the quirks I encountered during testing. I really want to commend his response time and support."

Regular and prompt responses to our questions, solutions to our implementation and a final tweak to solve a minor but personally annoying problem.

I have no hesitation in recommending both Typeflow and Kevin to anyone using Airtable."
