It's working better and easier than any alternatives I've tried. Much needed for people who use airtable.

Okay if you're using Page Designer for anything in Airtable, you need to make sure you check out TypeFlow! Here's how it works:

1. You set up a template in Google Docs. It's super easy. You just make it look how you want it to look and you insert variables for anywhere that you want your Airtable data to fill in.
2. In Airtable, you make an Attachment field and something like PDF Generated
3. You go into Typeflow, select your template, select your PDF field, and map fields to your variables
4. You add a Formula that provides this a button. Then you click that button and Typeflow automatically generates your document with your data filled in and puts the file in your attachment field.

This means that you can generate documents that are MULTIPLE PAGES and you can do so FROM INTERFACES. You can try it out free and the lifetime plan is super affordable. I don't work there. TypeFlow = Magic 🪄

We have been trying to find a cost effective and easy to implement solution for our start up insurance company where we could quickly be able to create multiple custom PDF forms from customer inquiry and quote request responses that drop into an Airtable database. After months of looking for solutions and trying options tons of options to no avail (or way to complex for me to set up) we ended up finding Typeflow which completely solved our need, and now the options for what documents we can output using our customer database are limitless! Implementation did not require much technical knowledge and anytime I needed help they were able to help us resolve any roadblocks almost instantly. 10 out of 10 on both support as well as implementation. Typeflow has allowed us to save tens of thousands of dollars by not having to buy proprietary industry software to solve our relatively simple needs. Big fan, and it seems like they are improving and making it easier every time we log in!
